Make your own crispy spicy kale chips at home with this super-easy recipe. Enjoy ‘as is,’ add to salads or soups for crunch and added nutrition. Perfect every time!

  1. Preheat oven to 250 °F (120 °C)
  2. Wash the kale in cold water and make sure that it’s thoroughly dry. Remove leaves from stems and break into medium-sized pieces
  3. Using your hands, massage the oil into the leaves
  4. Sprinkle the chaat masala and massage further, making sure that all the leaves are evenly coated with the spice
  5. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the kale are crispy. Keep a close eye so they don’t burn
  6. Cool and enjoy ‘as is’ or add to salads and soup for some crunch
