Ingredients
Begin by preparing the raita ingredients; grate cucumber and finely chop fresh mint.
Then, in a small (250 mL) mason jar, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, salt, pepper and mint.
Place the lid on the mason jar tightly, and shake (really well!) to incorporate the cucumber raita ingredients.
You may need to stir the raita with a spoon to fully mix the mint and spices. Place the finished cucumber raita in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
