Begin by scoring the the drumsticks. I do two scores on the fleshy side and one on the bone side.
In a small bowl, combine salt and pepper and spices (cumin, smoked paprika, oregano and garlic powder) with olive oil.
Then, rub each chicken leg with the oil-spice mix. Be sure to coat each drumstick evenly by massaging them with the spices.
Place the chicken drumsticks in the baskets. Arrange on 400F for 25 minutes, flipping them at the halfway point.
When they are finished cooking, remove the chicken drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
