Ingredients
SALT
GARLIC
OREGANO
PEPPER
OIL
TOMATOES
Wash and dry grape tomatoes to remove excess moisture. They're such a great source of vitamins and minerals.
Grate fresh cloves of garlic. Then, heat the oil and fry garlic. Wait for the garlic to release its fragrance before proceeding to the next step.
Once the garlic is golden, add the grape tomatoes. Stir well, ensuring that the tomatoes are fully coated with the oil-garlic mixture.
Simmer the tomatoes on medium heat uncovered. The sauce thickens and reduces in volume as a result of this technique.
Add the pepper, oregano, and salt to the sauce as soon as it begins to thicken.
Once the sauce thickens, reduce the heat. Stir the spices and salt to combine the ingredients.
Once the sauce is done, turn off the heat. You should end up with a delicious thick tomato sauce to serve in 3 delicious ways!
Serve over your favourite cooked pasta alongside protein-rich cooked chickpeas to create a delicious family-friendly vegan dinner.
Spread the tomato sauce on a naan. Then, sprinkle cheese, add chunks of salmon and send under the grill to melt the cheese (1-2 minutes).
Once the tomato sauce is almost done, add curry powder and garam masala.
Add chicken cubes to the tomato-spice sauce and stir well, ensuring that the cubes are coated well.
Cover and cook the chicken on medium heat for 15 minutes or until it is cooked through.
Once cooked, finish with fresh spinach leaves. Stir well, cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
