  • 1 cucumber, large, washed
  • 2 leaves kale, large, with stalk, washed
  • 1/2 inch ginger, fresh, washed, skin on
  • ΒΌ lime, washed, skin on
  • 2 apples, ambrosia, washed, seeds and stem removed, skin on
  • 8 stalks celery, washed, leaves removed, ends trimmed
  • 5 ice cubes, large

  • Wash and prep the ingredients according to your juicer's instructions
  • Juice in the order listed
  • Add ice, pour into glasses and drink immediately. Best served chilled
