3 strawberry popsicles on ice on a round plate decoratd with fresh watermelon and flowers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon fresh
  • 2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1 cup orange Juice 100% pure
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until a puree forms
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until set, about 4 hours

Notes

  • Frozen fruit works best for this recipe and can be found in supermarkets all year round
  • The orange juice really brings freshness and zing to the popsicles so don't skip it
  • You could also fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and use them to add extra flavour to water or drinks
  • Get creative and experiment with different fruits, any berries would work really well and banana would give a delicious creamy texture
  • For a grown-up twist add some torn fresh basil leaves
