- 2 cups watermelon, fresh
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup orange Juice, 100% pure
- 1 cup ice cubes
add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until a puree forms
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze until set, about 4 hours
- Frozen fruit works best for this recipe and can be found in supermarkets all year round
- The orange juice really brings freshness and zing to the popsicles so don't skip it
- You could also fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and use them to add extra flavour to water or drinks
