Cut the apples into quarters. Slice it in half, then slice each half in half again. Make crosswise cuts to create apple chunks.
Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Toss the apple chunks to mix and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven.
While you gather the ingredients for assembling the smoothie, allow the oats to soak in milk. This step adds a creamy and velvety texture to your smoothie.
