Ingredients
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized chunks so they don't dry out in the air fryer. And the red cabbage should be thinly cut for a satisfying crunch.
Combine florets with turmeric, oregano, chilli, smoked paprika, pepper, and oil. Toss well. Consider wearing gloves as turmeric will colour your fingers.
Place cauliflower florets in the air fryer baskets in a single layer. Then, air fry for 15 minutes, rotate and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Prepare the salad dressing: In a mason jar, combine the dressing ingredients.
Shake it like a maraca until all the ingredients come together. Use it right away, or pop it in the fridge for an even creamier consistency.
Combine the air-fried cauliflower bites with sliced cabbage, mint and the dressing. Toss thoroughly. Serve immediately!
