Savour the season with this captivating Stovetop Chai Spiced Hot Apple Cider recipe, a warm embrace of autumn's finest flavours. No alcohol!
Ingredients
I opt for a stainless steel spice infuser to hold the whole spices; this way, I don't have to worry about picking out the tiny spices or straining the mixture.
Pour apple cider into a large stovetop pot and set it over medium heat. Add tea bags, spice infuser (containing all the spices), apple and ginger slices.
Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 5 minutes. Then, turn off the heat, cover and let the chai spiced apple cider steep for 5 minutes.
Add oat milk and stir. To serve, use tongs to remove the tea bags, apple slices, and ginger slices, along with the stainless steel spice infuser. Pour into mugs.
