  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and cut into slices
  • 3 black tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick, small, broken into smaller pieces
  • 3 green cardamoms, seeds only, ideally coarsly crushed
  • 2 cloves, whole
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds, whole
  • ¾ cup oat milk

  • 1 spice infuser stainless steel

Instructions
