Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 6 servings
Balsamic salad dressing with orange Juice perfectly balances citrusy vibrancy, nutty creaminess, and balsamic depth. Each ingredient paints your palate with a burst of unique taste and nutritional goodness. It's done in 5 minutes and pairs beautifully with mixed greens and grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, 1/3 cup, juice, naval or valencia
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp garlic, cloves, crushed
  • tbsp peanut butter, crunchy, all-natural, no added sugar
  • 1 tsp salt, sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small mason jar, add ⅓ cup orange juice, orange zest, crushed garlic, peanut butter, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
  • Seal the jar tightly with its lid and shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients. Use the dressing immediately, or place it in the refrigerator if you prefer a creamier texture. If you refrigerate it, the ingredients will separate; give the jar another good shake before you're ready to enjoy it.
