While there may be Q+A with me during any possible live sessions, I can’t guarantee you’ll get personal feedback regarding your type 2 management. As such, I can’t promise individualized attention as this is not a one-on-one coaching program.

What if I don’t have Padma Lakshmi-style cooking skills?

Don’t worry! I provide step-by-step directions and demonstrations so you can follow along with ease. My recipes are aimed at busy health seekers who want quick, simple meals. There are no lengthy lists of ingredients or complicated directions in my recipes. Whether you’re a novice cook looking to learn or an experienced home chef searching for inspiration, you’ll find heaps of nourishing Desi~licious recipe ideas to suit your needs.

Do you have a refund policy?

I take your investment very seriously and would appreciate it if you take my investment of time and resources into your success seriously, too. I’m 100% committed to D-School being the ONLY Desi program you need to successfully manage type 2 — and supercharge your health as you advance through the lessons. If you’re not satisfied with the Program, email your request along with completed worksheets from your journal to [email protected] by 11.59 pm Eastern Time on the 3rd day after you purchased the program. How much time do I need to commit to go through all the Program material?

It’s totally up to you. I think you’ll get more out of it if you follow through with the lessons, complete your journal and utilize the tools. Being consistent is key. I’ve deliberately designed this program to be easy-to-digest — without any disappointing malarky.

What types of meals can I expect from the meal plans?

The meal plans include South Asian-inspired meals. They’re meticulously crafted to check off important nutrients and are well balanced to ensure they assist with blood control. Foods that contain specific nutrients have also been included – that have been found in scientific studies to help with type diabetes control. The meals are simple to make, tasty and nourishing. If snacking is part of your routine, you’ll also find ideas to sustain you – whilst keeping blood sugars in check.
