The full week/s of (desilicious!) food will take the guesswork out of grocery shopping and prepping with dietitian-approved breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas – complete with nutritional analysis.
Although the nutrition information is provided for all, it is really intended for those with specific nutrient targets. Let’s say if you’re watching your sodium or iron intake or counting your carbs (if you have diabetes). Generally speaking, though, if you’re healthy, I would actively discourage you from counting calories or focusing on the numbers. Instead, enjoy the wholesome, fresh foods and practice mindful eating; listen to your hunger and satiety cues, slow down and enjoy your meals without distraction.
